William Grannell

William Milner Grannell, 79, of Morro Bay died Monday, Feb. 15,1999, in San Luis Obispo.
Visitatlon is today from 1 to 5p.m. and from 7 to 8 p.m. at Benedict-Rettey Mortuary in Morro Bay. A service will be held at 10:30a.m. Thursday at St Peter's Episcopal Church in Morro Bay, the Rev. Harriet B.  Linville officiating. Burial will be at Cayucos-Morro Bay Cemetery.

Mr. Grannell was born-Nov. 9, 1919, in Berkeley and had resided in Morro Bay since 1979.
A World War II veteran of the U.S. Army, he lived in Sacramento from 1957 te 1976. He was a research analyst for the State of Califomia.
A member of R.A.M., Retired Active Men, he enjoyed gardening and diving.

He is survived by his wife, Marjorie; a brother, Maris Grannell of Pasadena; and four nieces and two nephews.
Donations may be made to St. Peter's Episcopal Church Building Fund, to the American Heart Association or to a charity  of choice.
